Babies in hospitals with revoked licenses transferred to public hospitals

Babies receiving treatment at hospitals whose licenses were revoked—following an indictment regarding a gang in Istanbul that profited unfairly by referring infants to contracted hospitals and caused their deaths through negligent behavior—have been transferred to public hospitals.

Hospitals mentioned in the indictment regarding a gang in Istanbul that profited unfairly by referring infants to contracted hospitals and caused their deaths through negligent behavior are being closed following the revocation of their licenses.

Patients receiving treatment at 9 hospitals in Istanbul and 1 hospital in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, are being transferred to public hospitals by Ministry of Health teams.

Meanwhile, babies receiving treatment at the Private Avcılar Hospital and the Private Reyap Hospital in Esenyurt have been transferred to public hospitals.

The moment the babies were transferred in incubators was captured on a mobile phone camera. The moment an elderly patient was brought out on a stretcher was also reflected on a mobile phone camera.
