A baby's body was found in the trash in the Sincan district of Ankara.
According to the information received, workers sorting through trash at the waste disposal site in the Yenikent Zir Valley area discovered a newborn baby boy.
Upon notification, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Checks performed by the medical teams determined that the baby had lost his life.
Following the prosecutor's examination, the baby's body was taken to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Institute.
An investigation has been launched into the incident.
