Baby Sıla's treatment continues! Her condition is worsening

Two-year-old baby Sıla, who was subjected to sexual abuse and violence 20 days ago in the Malkara district of Tekirdağ, continues her fight for life in the hospital. The detention of a total of 5 people, including her mother Bakiye Y. and other suspects, continues. Baby Sıla's aunt, Elif Akyüz, who has been waiting for hopeful news in front of the hospital for days, provided information about the baby's current condition.

BRAIN TISSUE HAS BEGUN TO DETERIORATE

Stating that they are always waiting with the hope that the baby will recover, Akyüz said, "Her life is still in danger. There has been no change in her condition for days. In fact, there is a worsening. Her brain tissue has begun to deteriorate. There is a decline in her condition, not an improvement. My father goes in to see the baby every day."

GUARDIANSHIP CASE IS ONGOING

Akyüz stated that the guardianship case for baby Sıla is also ongoing and that there will be a court hearing on November 29, saying, "I had filed for guardianship in the 4th month. I had a hearing on the 15th of the 9th month. I went to the hearing, and the Civil Court of Peace referred it to the Family Court. My hearing will continue in the Family Court on the 29th of the 11th month. Because a request was made to strip the parents, Ü.A.Y. and Bakiye Y., of their custody. Once that custody is revoked, if the prosecutor's office and the state grant permission, the guardianship will pass to me."
