Back-to-back earthquakes in Kütahya! Shaken by 4.6 magnitude: Education suspended
Kütahya woke up to a series of earthquakes this morning. AFAD announced that the largest of the tremors in the region was 4.6 in magnitude. While the earthquake, which occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers, caused panic, education was suspended for 1 day in the Simav district of Kütahya and surrounding villages.
Back-to-back earthquakes that occurred in Kütahya in the morning hours caused panic among citizens. The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) announced that the first earthquake occurred at 07:23 with a magnitude of 4.5, followed by a 4.6 magnitude earthquake at 10:20.
