Bayram Özbek, who contributed to the script of ‘Kurtlar Vadisi’, arrested
As part of the investigation into the death of former MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu in prison, Kurtlar Vadisi screenwriter Bayram Özbek has been arrested on charges of ‘establishing or managing an armed terrorist organization and instigating intentional homicide’.
The investigation conducted by the Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the suspicious death of former MİT official Kaşif Kozinoğlu, who passed away in Silivri Prison in 2011, continues.
Within the scope of the investigation, Bayram Özbek, who was determined to have contributed to the script of the TV series Kurtlar Vadisi, was taken into custody.
Following his procedures at the police station, the suspect Özbek was referred to the courthouse.
After his statement to the prosecutor, Özbek was arrested by the Silivri Criminal Judgeship of Peace on charges of ‘establishing or managing an armed terrorist organization and instigating intentional homicide’.
