BDDK grants operating licenses to three banks

Regarding Colendi Bank A.Ş., the statement read: "As a result of the evaluation conducted within the scope of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411, Article 7 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Authorization of Banks and Indirect Shareholding, and the Regulation on the Operating Principles of Digital Banks and Service Model Banking, it has been decided to grant an operating license to Colendi Bank A.Ş., which was granted establishment permission by the Board's decision dated 03.08.2023 and numbered 10639."

In the decision granting an operating license to Ziraat Dinamik Banka A.Ş., it was stated: "As a result of the evaluation conducted within the scope of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411, Article 7 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Authorization of Banks and Indirect Shareholding, and the Regulation on the Operating Principles of Digital Banks and Service Model Banking, it has been decided to grant an operating license to Ziraat Dinamik Banka A.Ş., which was granted establishment permission by the Board's decision dated 23.03.2023 and numbered 10542."

Another bank granted an operating license was FUPS Bank A.Ş. In the decision numbered 10979, it was stated: "As a result of the evaluation conducted within the scope of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411, Article 7 of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Authorization of Banks and Indirect Shareholding, and the Regulation on the Operating Principles of Digital Banks and Service Model Banking, it has been decided to grant an operating license to FUPS Bank A.Ş., which was granted establishment permission in accordance with the Board's decision dated 28.09.2022 and numbered 10347, and the decision dated 02.11.2023 and numbered 10715."
