Bedbugs infest hospital: 3 wards closed
Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital in Çorum has closed three of its wards due to a bedbug infestation. Patients in the Palliative, Urology, and Neurosurgery wards have been transferred to other units, and fumigation efforts have begun.
Hitit University Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital in Çorum has been hit by a "bedbug" infestation. According to reports, hospital management conducted an investigation following complaints from patients and staff and determined that the Palliative, Urology, and Neurosurgery wards had been overrun by bedbugs.

PATIENTS DISTRIBUTED TO OTHER WARDS
According to the report in T24, two wards at Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital, which was infested by bedbugs, have been closed for fumigation. In another ward, treatment services cannot be provided in some rooms. The treatment of patients who were receiving care in these wards is continuing in the other units to which they were transferred.
