Famous actress Beren Saat has defended her fellow actors who supported the boycott calls spreading on social media. Supporting Aybüke Pusat, Furkan Andıç, Boran Kuzum, and Başak Gümülcinelioğlu, whose employment was terminated by TRT, Saat emphasized that they are 'well-intentioned people.'

“I am saddened to learn that my friends have been removed from projects, their accounts have been restricted, they have been detained, and investigations against them are increasing. However, far from inciting the public to hatred and hostility, these people are talented and well-intentioned individuals who want the best for Turkey. I vouch for them.”
