SHE WAS DETAINED AND REFERRED TO THE COURTHOUSE IN THE MORNING
Fidan Gül, who was detained yesterday as part of the investigation, was interrogated at the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Investigation Branch. After the procedures at the police station, Gül underwent a health check in the morning and was referred to the courthouse.
PROSECUTION REQUESTED ARREST
Gül, whose statement was taken by the prosecutor at the Beykoz Courthouse, was brought before the duty criminal judgeship of peace with a request for her arrest on charges of "rigging of tenders." The court decided to arrest Gül and ordered her to be sent to prison.
12 PEOPLE ARRESTED
In the investigation conducted by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that 12 people, including Beykoz Mayor Alaattin Köseler, had previously been arrested.
