Body found in refrigerator in Maltepe! Revealed to be a 15-year-old foreign national

A male body belonging to a 15-year-old foreign national was found in a refrigerator at a waste collection center in Maltepe.

The incident came to light following reports from citizens after a foul odor was detected.

The incident occurred last Friday around 17:30 at a waste collection center on Füsun Street in Maltepe.

According to the information obtained, a male body that had been killed and placed in the refrigerator was discovered.

Police teams were called by local residents after a foul odor began emanating from the workplace. Police, medical teams, and crime scene investigation units were dispatched to the scene.

The teams determined that the person found inside the refrigerator was a 15-year-old foreign national named Nimetullah.

Following the work of the crime scene investigation teams, the body was removed by a funeral vehicle to the Forensic Medicine Institute.

Police teams have launched an investigation into the incident.
