Body of former AKP district chair's son found at sea
It has been revealed that the body found by fishermen off the coast of Arhavi, Artvin, in the morning hours belongs to the son of former AKP Fındıklı District Chair Ali Süleyman Toraman.
A person who set out into the Black Sea with a speargun from the Aksu Port in Fındıklı district subsequently went missing.
Fishermen in Arhavi district spotted a human body in a diving suit on the sea surface and notified the Coast Guard and maritime police.
The body, which was recovered from the water by Coast Guard and police teams arriving at the scene, was taken to the hospital morgue for an autopsy. It was learned that the individual, who was determined to have been in the sea for a long time, was Ruknettin Toraman, the son of former AKP Fındıklı District Chair Ali Süleyman Toraman.
