Body of missing worker found at waste disposal facility
The lifeless body of a worker who went missing at the Molu Regular Waste Collection and Compost Facilities in Kayseri has been found under tons of waste.
According to the information obtained, a report was filed stating that Z.M. (45) had gone missing at the Molu Regular Waste Collection and Compost Facilities located on the Kayseri - Ankara highway.
Gendarmerie, AFAD, Turkuaz Search and Rescue Association, and ANDA teams were dispatched to search for Z.M., who was alleged to have been trapped under waste dumped by a garbage collection vehicle.

The teams began search efforts for Z.M. in the area where the waste was dumped with the help of heavy machinery.

While Z.M. could not be located during the approximately 3-hour operation, the search efforts were suspended due to heavy rainfall. It was learned that the teams would resume the search for Z.M. in the early morning hours.

SAD NEWS ARRIVED: BODY FOUND
Following approximately 2 hours of work, Z.M.'s lifeless body was recovered from among the waste. The unfortunate worker's body was taken to the hospital morgue for an autopsy after the examinations.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
