A bomb scare occurred in Paris, the capital of France, at Gare du Nord, one of the busiest train stations in Europe. An unexploded bomb from World War II was discovered during excavation work being carried out approximately 2.5 kilometers from the station.
Authorities implemented extensive security measures due to the bomb, which was found around 04:00 local time. The Paris Police Prefecture announced that all train services passing through Gare du Nord have been suspended due to the magnitude of the risk.
