Bread prices increased in Ankara
With the arrival of the new year, price hikes continue to come. Bread prices in Ankara have increased by 25 percent.
In Ankara, the price of 200 grams of bread, which was previously sold for 10 liras, has been raised to 12.5 liras following the price hike.

The reason for the price hike implemented by the Ankara Bakers Chamber is cited as rising costs.
The price hike for bread will begin to be applied as of January 3, 2025.
