Breaking News: AKP - DEM Party meeting concludes! First statement from Abdullah Güler
Following their meetings with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan in İmralı, the DEM Party's next stop in their series of visits at the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) was the AKP. The AKP welcomed the DEM Party delegation, consisting of Sırrı Süreyya Önder, Pervin Buldan, and Ahmet Türk, at the door. AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler made a statement following the meeting, which lasted approximately 1.5 hours.
Following the meeting that Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Pervin Buldan held with the leader of the terrorist organization PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, in İmralı, the DEM Party's series of visits at the TBMM continues.
Having first visited TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş and MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli, the DEM Party delegation began their visits today with the Future Party (Gelecek Partisi).
After the 70-minute meeting, the DEM Party's next stop was the AKP.

The DEM Party delegation, which included Pervin Buldan, Sırrı Süreyya Önder, and former Mardin Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ahmet Türk—who was replaced by a government-appointed trustee—was welcomed at the door by AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler and AKP Deputy Group Chairman Özlem Zengin.

In addition to Güler and Zengin, Efkan Ala and Ömer Çelik also took part in the AKP delegation.

Making a statement after the meeting, which lasted approximately 1.5 hours, AKP's Güler said, "We had a positive conversation. Necessary statements will be made in the coming days."
