Breaking News... Ali Yerlikaya announced: Statements of two children on Discord and Telegram will be taken

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced that two children who made posts containing criminal elements on Discord and Telegram have been taken into custody.

Yerlikaya's statement is as follows: 

 The child identified as B.T., who was determined to have edited videos containing criminal elements on the Discord social media platform,

and the child identified as A.D.C., who made posts involving 'Child Obscenity, Insults to Police and Martyrs, and Denigration of Religious Values' in a group named 'Hz. Ebu Cehil' on the social media platform Telegram, have been taken into protective custody by our Izmir Cyber Crimes Combat Branch teams.

The statements of B.T. and A.D.C. will be taken by the Public Prosecutor in the presence of a psychologist.

We will not allow those who denigrate our national and spiritual values, incite the public to hatred and hostility, and engage in cyberbullying that leads to sexual abuse to operate.

Those who use our children as tools for their evil and deviant thoughts, no matter where they hide, we will catch them one by one and deliver them to justice.
