Jihadist groups led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) have been continuing their attacks against Assad forces in Syria since November 27.
According to reports by Sözcü TV, it has been learned that the Syrian army under Assad has left Deir ez-Zor to the PKK in order to 'block the advance of HTS and the Syrian National Army'.
