Breaking News: Bahçeli links LGS and fake diploma scandal to 'Terror-Free Turkey'! 'Whether it is an insidious plot...'

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Chairman Devlet Bahçeli has released a comprehensive written statement regarding current issues, ranging from the events in Gaza to the LGS and fake diploma scandal on Turkey's agenda, and from the operations carried out against municipalities to the commission established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) as part of the new reconciliation process he is the architect of, which he calls a Terror-Free Turkey.

Regarding the LGS and fake diploma gang scandal, Bahçeli stated, "Whether the black campaign, which is constantly gaining ground on the axis of LGS and fake diplomas, is an insidious plot aimed at undermining social trust and peace and trying to derail the 'Terror-Free Turkey' moves must also be evaluated down to the finest detail."

"TURKEY MUST RAPIDLY RID ITSELF OF LAWSUITS"

In his statement, Bahçeli also drew attention to the operations against municipalities, saying, "Turkey must rapidly rid itself of the heavy legal cases that have spread and intensified in many areas, especially in municipalities, and ultimately, the full realization of justice must be ensured."

The full text of MHP leader Bahçeli's statement is as follows:

"In this twilight period where regional and global challenges are constantly accelerating and gaining ground, it is an enviable development that our Turkey is strengthening its environment of internal peace and brotherhood.

It is promising for our future that the sphere of influence and the field of provision of the culture of problem-solving is gradually expanding within the ordinary flow of life and politics.

Moreover, there is no other reasonable and known option than to resolve certain heavy problems that are linked together and knotted, with a spirit of national unity and solidarity.

The following words of the late Akif, which contain grandeur and promise relief, will forever maintain their existence in every aspect as the timeless call of history and geography:

Indeed, “Those who live will see, Turkey and the Turkish nation will not die.”

The transformation of an infamous and cursed era, where the cries of the oppressed echo in the sky and tyranny lashes and wounds continents one after another, into the common good, common interests, and peaceful dialogues of humanity is only possible through the globalization of moral responsibility.

In this regard, it is an inevitable moral conscience mission, beyond a heroic wish, that Turkey will play an important role with its historical heritage, its strategic horizon that grasps the ages, its respectful spiritual texture, its priceless national culture, and its tremendous fortitude and character.

Unless the chain reaction of wars and conflicts, which gnaw and consume humanity and civilizations from within, is prevented, the longing for lasting and comprehensive peace and stability will never end.

It is a sad and indescribable pain that destruction, tragedy, and humanitarian disaster are constantly escalating, especially in Gaza.

The babies, children, women, and all innocents who are dying and being killed; those buried are not only lifeless bodies but also humanity and human heritage.

Our Palestinian brothers are in the line of fire of a barbaric blockade.

Gaza is condemned to hunger, thirst, lack of medicine, and all kinds of ignoble oppression.

Netanyahu's plan to occupy (and one step later, annex) Gaza, who is guilty of genocide, the face of shame for humanity, and a brand of cruelty rarely seen, is a vile ambition that should make the world stand up.

It is now a matter of life and death for the United Nations to take immediate action, at least to show signs of vitality, and to strike a blow to the massacre and Zionist project prevailing in Gaza with a multi-participant “Peacekeeping Force” to be supplied.

Moving to the action stage on a political, military, and moral basis against this nightmare of murder and wickedness is a humanitarian duty that will lead to disastrous results if postponed or delayed.

Netanyahu's desire to swallow Gaza must be nipped in the bud.

Even discussing and bringing to the agenda the destruction conditions put forward by this murderer in the name of ending the war is an unacceptable mistake.

At the current stage, Muslim countries must hear and see the moans of the victims and the oppressed that reach the heavens, the cries for help that break hearts, and the heart-wrenching conditions of babies dying of hunger, and thus fulfill their Islamic and humanitarian responsibilities.

The honorable struggle of Hamas, which courageously defends its country and homeland with legitimate and justified reasons, should be supported by sympathetic circles.

There is no patience or tolerance left for the campaign of terror that Israel is staging in our region, and for the most advanced hostilities.

Turkey's reactions and objections against Israel are justified, dignified, legal, and, of course, highly accurate.

While these are happening, the multi-faceted investigation of the meaningful and regrettable allegations experienced and reflected on the agenda in our country, and whether they have any connection with foreign-linked intelligence operations that are carried out systematically, must be clarified.

Whether the black campaign, which is constantly gaining ground on the axis of LGS and fake diplomas, is an insidious plot aimed at undermining social trust and peace and trying to derail the 'Terror-Free Turkey' moves must also be evaluated down to the finest detail.

The fight against organized fraud and swindling gangs must undoubtedly be continued to the end.

However, it is necessary for our national security and our social and communal trust bonds not to overlook the content while looking at the envelope, and not to neglect the actual root and source while staying on the surface.

In addition to this, Turkey must rapidly rid itself of the heavy legal cases that have spread and intensified in many areas, especially in municipalities, and ultimately, the full realization of justice must be ensured.

With the end of the judicial recess, the definitive termination of the baseless discussions and friction surrounding the judiciary, and the completion of ongoing investigations and prosecutions as soon as possible, should be our priority in terms of democracy and legal security.

Facing every problem topic that weakens Turkey's morale and motivation level and maneuverability, and reconciling it with a solution, must be ensured urgently.

The capable and exceptional quality that can achieve and do this is preserved in the unshakable integrity of the Turkish nation and the Republic of Turkey state.

Furthermore, and more importantly, it is a mistake to once again put into circulation stale and outdated artificial and polarizing discussions as we approach the “Terror-Free Turkey” goal.

Heating up obvious distortions regarding identity definition on a geographical basis like reheated food and attaching them to the political agenda is a purposeful and morbid disability.

It should not be forgotten that our common personality and identity, our common will and pride, is the great Turkish nation, which is a common force and value concentrated in the understanding that everyone is equal in Turkey.

Through the “National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission” established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, the clouds of fog over peace, hope, and brotherhood will be dispersed, and the new century will manifest around the red flag.

It is our high hope and belief that the aforementioned commission, which has held two meetings so far and will hold its third tomorrow, will prepare the legal, judicial, democratic, and political preamble of a “Terror-Free Turkey” with broad consensus and consultation.

The Nationalist Movement Party will contribute to the commission's work with sincerity, common sense, and devotion.

Finally, I convey my get-well-soon wishes to our citizens affected by the 6.1 magnitude earthquake that occurred last night, with its epicenter in the Sındırgı district of Balıkesir, and I pray for God's mercy upon our citizen who lost their life and wish healing to our citizens receiving treatment.

The state has intervened in the earthquake zone with all its institutions, organizations, and means, and has extended its compassionate hand to everyone.

Earthquakes are an undeniable reality of life and our geography.

There is no other remedy or way out than to make our urbanization and life plans in accordance with this reality.

Being prepared for possible earthquakes is another important and priority issue, and my prayer to the Lord is that He protects and guards our country and nation from all kinds of calamities and disasters."
