Lawyer Nusret Yılmaz, who was detained in Trabzon as part of the investigation into İBB and suspended mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, has been released by the court with a travel ban and a requirement to sign in at regular intervals.
A new development has occurred in the investigation being conducted into Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and detained mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.
Within the scope of the investigation, İmamoğlu's lawyer Nusret Yılmaz was detained in Trabzon the day before.
COURT ORDERS JUDICIAL SUPERVISION
Nusret Yılmaz, who was referred to court following procedures at the prosecutor's office, was released. The court banned Yılmaz from travelling abroad and imposed an obligation to sign in at set intervals.
