Breaking News... Ela Rümeysa Cebeci sent to prison

Presenter Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, who was arrested as part of a drug investigation targeting the media, was brought to the Istanbul Courthouse today. Cebeci was brought to the courthouse to provide a new statement in line with her previous testimonies and the investigation process.

The detained Ela Rümeysa Cebeci was brought to the Istanbul Courthouse at the same time Fenerbahçe Club President Sadettin Saran was also present at the courthouse. Both individuals are involved in the drug investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

Sadettin Saran was summoned to testify as a suspect by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. After Saran's statement was taken, blood and hair samples were collected at the Council of Forensic Medicine. Following these tests, Saran was taken back to the courthouse. For now, a decision regarding Saran's status is awaited.

Cebeci was sent to prison following the completion of her statement procedures.
