Breaking News: Eurasia Tunnel toll increased
Following the hikes in highway and bridge tolls, a 40 percent increase has been applied to the Eurasia Tunnel. The automobile toll has risen from 112 liras to 156 liras, and the minibus toll has increased from 168 liras to 234 liras.
Following the hike in highway and bridge tolls, a 40 percent increase has been applied to the Eurasia Tunnel tolls.
The General Directorate of Highways had announced yesterday that there would be an increase in highway and bridge tolls. This increase also covered the Eurasia Tunnel.
With the new hike, the automobile toll for the Eurasia Tunnel has risen from 112 liras to 156 liras. While the toll for minibuses has increased from 168 liras to 234 liras, the motorcycle toll has risen from 43.7 liras to 60.8 liras.
The decision for the price hike was announced to the public by the Eurasia Tunnel Operation Construction and Investment Inc. (ATAŞ) on its website. Following these hikes, drivers using the Eurasia Tunnel will be required to pay the new toll rates.
