TRUSTEE APPOINTED TO HAKKARİ MUNICIPALITY

"Thank God, our Hakkari Governor, who was removed from office and taken into custody, has been appointed as the deputy mayor. Our Ministry of Interior has stepped in within the boundaries of the law and has preserved the legal personality and sovereign rights of the Republic of Turkey without any ifs or buts. In this context, I wholeheartedly congratulate our Minister of Interior and his colleagues.

A PKK member participating in elections is a scandal in itself. We do not want terrorist mayors or terrorist members of parliament. Those devoid of identity who openly serve the separatist terrorist organization with the words 'we are against the trustee' are clear. Turkey is not a banana republic or a tribal state. The hopes of those dreaming of a terrorist state along our southern borders will be dashed.

TARGETED THE CHP

I would like to ask the 'DEM-ified' CHP, what kind of high-mindedness do you expect from us? What kind of normalization environment are you imagining? What decision will you reach by softening? Are you going to betray our martyrs? I ask those who shower praise on DEM, which of these is your purpose?

We cannot turn the other cheek to those who slap us. We will either respond in kind or we will break that hand. The end of being a helmsman is idleness and being a lackey. Instead of consoling ourselves with tactical advantages, we will continue to serve the Turkish nation with unconditional love and determination. There is no stepping back for us. There is no such thing as approaching issues with a calculating mindset for us. What beats in our hearts is the love for the homeland and the nation. Those seeking softening must first show the courage to reach a consensus on this love. We have no appetite for the theater curtains being opened."

SİNAN ATEŞ MURDER

Speaking about the Sinan Ateş murder investigation without naming names, Bahçeli used the expressions, "It is no coincidence that our party and the Ülkü Ocakları are being blamed in a murder case that has been transferred to the judiciary, and that agents and provocateurs who have rolled up their sleeves to cast the shadow of a criminal organization on the Ülkü Ocakları, both at home and abroad, are being patted on the back. We know them all, we are following them all. We are sharing with the whole world that we have no account that we cannot answer for."

Bahçeli continued as follows:

"PRESSURE ON ISRAEL MUST INCREASE FURTHER"

The fact that the number of countries recognizing Palestine has reached 147 is promising. The pressure on Israel must increase further. There is no option other than the worldwide recognition of an independent Palestinian state."
