CHP Haymana Mayor Levent Koç has resigned from his party.
Levent Koç, the Mayor of the Haymana district of Ankara, has resigned from the CHP.
Koç, who has been in the spotlight due to allegations that he would join the AKP, had recently visited the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye, Murat Kurum.

Following his widely discussed visit to Kurum, teams from the Haymana Municipality Police Department, under Koç's administration, had removed banners hung in front of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality's Family Life Center.
