Dilruba Y., who was detained recently due to her remarks regarding the access ban on Instagram during a street interview, was arrested by the court and sent to prison.

The objection to her detention was rejected, and an indictment was prepared at lightning speed for Dilruba Y.

Announcing that a public lawsuit has been filed, Lawyer Hüseyin Yıldız stated that Dilruba Y. will appear before the judge on September 3.

It was learned that Dilruba Y. will be tried while in custody.

Yıldız called for the immediate release of his client.

EVEN IF RELEASED, SHE WILL REMAIN IN PRISON

According to the report by journalist Alican Uludağ, even if Dilruba is released on September 3, she will continue to remain in prison. This is because permission from the Ministry of Justice is awaited for prosecution on the charge of insulting the President. Dilruba was also arrested for insulting the President based on the same speech.

We will submit our objections to the end. The process is currently at this stage, and after completing the objection process, we will wait for the decision the court will make as a result of our objection."
