The investigation into the major fire that occurred at the Grand Kartal Hotel in Bolu, which caused the deaths of 78 people, has been completed. The Bolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has filed a public lawsuit against a total of 32 defendants regarding the tragedy.
In the indictment, it was requested that 13 defendants, who are alleged to have been negligent, be sentenced to up to 19 years and 8 months in prison for the crime of "causing death and injury by negligence."
