Breaking News... New development in IMM investigation: Branch Manager removed from post
Hakan Dulkadir, the Istanbul Financial Crimes Investigation Branch Manager who was leading the investigations into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), has been removed from his post. Dulkadir was appointed to the Başakşehir District Police Department by the decision of the Istanbul Governor's Office.
The Istanbul Governor's Office has shared with the public the new appointments and assignments made within the Provincial Police Department as part of the 2025 summer term.
With the approval of the Governor's Office, the new duty stations for 9 deputy provincial police chiefs, 12 district police chiefs, 17 branch managers, 4 deputy district police chiefs, and 7 deputy branch managers have been determined.
One name stood out in the personnel changes. Hakan Dulkadir, the Istanbul Financial Crimes Branch Manager who was leading the investigations launched into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, was removed from this position and appointed to the Başakşehir District Police Department.
