Breaking News: 'tuttur' investigation into Saran Holding! Statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office

An investigation has been launched into Saran Holding over allegations that information belonging to user accounts on the now-defunct tuttur.com was altered without authorization. 

The following statement was issued by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office:

"Due to widespread public reports regarding allegations that the membership information of users registered on the gambling site 'www.tuttur.com'—which is part of Saran Holding but is no longer operational due to the cancellation of its virtual dealer agreement and associated licenses—was tampered with, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an ex officio investigation to look into these claims. In accordance with a court order duly obtained to uncover the material truth regarding the allegations, forensic IT teams from law enforcement are conducting on-site examinations of the computers, computer programs, and computer logs that provided services to the 'www.tuttur.com' gambling site."
