Bridges and highways operated by the General Directorate of Highways will be free of charge throughout the Ramadan Feast, according to the decision published in the Official Gazette.
FREE UNTIL WEDNESDAY
The free passage will begin as of tonight and will remain in effect until 07:00 on Wednesday, April 2.
RAIL TRANSPORTATION FREE IN 3 METROPOLITAN CITIES
On the other hand, in addition to bridges and highways, rail transportation will also serve free of charge in İzmir, Ankara, and Istanbul.
The free lines are as follows;
- In Istanbul: Marmaray, Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Rail System Line, Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport-Arnavutköy metro lines
- In Ankara: Başkentray
In İzmir: İZBAN
