The BRSA reported that it has recently received information that individuals posing as BRSA executives or personnel have been making phone calls to make various demands.
The statement included the following remarks:
"It is kindly requested that organizations and citizens act cautiously against these fraud attempts and do not give credence to unverified calls to avoid being exposed to any fraud incidents."
