Call to Erdoğan from Narin's father, Arif Güran

A year has passed since the murder of Narin Güran, whose body was found 19 days after she was reported missing in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district. However, the question of "who is the killer?" remains unresolved in the public eye.

Mother Yüksel, brother Enes, and uncle Salim Güran were sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment due to their contradictory testimonies. Nevzat Bahtiyar was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in prison for "destroying, concealing, or altering evidence of a crime."

Narin Güran's father addressed AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, drawing attention to the injustices experienced. Father Güran expressed his outrage, stating, "If this family is the killer, then wipe this family out completely. If the family is not the killer, then end this persecution. I am calling out to the President from here. Is this injustice only for us? Why does no one hear our voice?"

Father Güran made the following statements in his declaration:

"With all the evidence, findings, and reports that have emerged, no one is speaking up. A mother could not even come to the graveside of her own child. A social media sentence was given, nothing more. Based on what evidence? Based on what finding?

If your conscience accepts these emerging pieces of evidence and findings, then we will accept them too."
