Cem Küçük admits to lying about the IMM indictment: 'Sometimes a person might say something false, it might not be true'
Cem Küçük, a columnist for the pro-government Türkiye newspaper and a commentator on TGRT, stated that he made false claims during the investigation process conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) and after the indictment was prepared.
Küçük stated that while he was making remarks about the IMM indictment on the program "Taksim Meydanı" with Gürkan Hacır on TGRT, CHP Chairman Özgür Özel refuted him in a video he shared.
"WE ARE KEEPING THE ISSUE ON THE AGENDA"
Cem Küçük said that he, along with Sinan Burhan and Ferhat Murat, have been keeping this issue on the agenda as the "AK Party side," and noted that he has made 46 claims to date.
"SOMETIMES A PERSON... THING..."
Responding to the refutation video shared by Özel, Küçük admitted to lying about the IMM investigation process with the following words: "...Since you are refuting me, Mr. Özel, refute these as well. If it's a lie, fine, you catch one, and I'm not saying 'this is true,' sometimes a person might say something false... thing... one might let something slip, it might not be true, you apologize and so on..."
