The prosecutor filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in 2023.

In fact, the incident dates back 2 years. A virus was deliberately planted on the chief prosecutor's phone, and his personal data was seized. The chief prosecutor's lawyer said, "My chief prosecutor filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Anadolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office last year. Since his residence is in Zonguldak, the file was sent to Çaycuma due to lack of jurisdiction. He did not intervene in the investigation until today so that they would not say he 'abused his authority.' The file waited for a long time without any action being taken. Within the scope of the investigation, a letter was written to META, and information was requested regarding which phone number the fake accounts opened in the chief prosecutor's name were registered to. Following this, information came from META. It turned out that the number belonged to the chief prosecutor's lawyer girlfriend's ex-partner."
