CHP's Başarır announces: Second member of the trustee administration has also resigned
Following Hasan Babacan, who was appointed as a trustee to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency, Müjdat Gürbüz has also announced his resignation from his post.
Hasan Babacan, who was appointed to the CHP Istanbul Provincial Administration alongside Gürsel Tekin as a trustee to the provincial presidency, has resigned from his post. Following this development, CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik held a meeting with Babacan.
The meeting took place with the participation of CHP Group Deputy Chair Ali Mahir Başarır and Party Assembly Member Bedirhan Berk Doğru.
In a statement on his social media account, Özgür Çelik said, “Mr. Hasan Babacan visited us at our provincial building. We discussed the past, present, and future of the Republican People's Party with him. We had a pleasant conversation.”
SECOND RESIGNATION FROM THE TRUSTEE COMMITTEE
A few hours after Hasan Babacan's decision to resign, CHP's Ali Mahir Başarır shared the information that a second person had also decided to withdraw from the trustee administration.
Müjdat Gürbüz, who was on the trustee committee, also decided to resign.
