CHP's Yavuzyılmaz shares post with note 'I am pulling the second brick from the wall': It will enter Erdoğan's Supreme Council file

In a post he made on his social media account in July, Yavuzyılmaz said, "Between 2014 and 2023, Turkey was penalized in arbitration because the AK Party transported oil from the Turkey-Iraq crude oil pipeline (by reaching an agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government) and loaded Iraqi oil in Ceyhan without the approval of the Iraqi Central Government. The decision has been finalized," and added, "This file is just the first brick in the wall."

A month later, the CHP's Yavuzyılmaz shared a new file on his social media account and used the phrase, "I am pulling the second brick from the wall!"

HERE IS THAT POST YAVUZYILMAZ MADE BASED ON DOCUMENTS:

"I am sharing the documents that will lead to President Erdoğan being tried in the Supreme Council.

I am pulling the second brick from the wall!

I continue to disclose the documents that will enter President Erdoğan's Supreme Council file.

Between May 21, 2014, and September 30, 2018,

For the crude oil that the AK Party transported through the Iraq-Turkey Crude Oil Pipeline in violation of international agreements;

We have determined that they received a transport fee of *2 billion 320 million dollars* from the Kurdistan Regional Government.

This amount is first transferred to a company called *Turkish Energy Company (TEC)*, which the AK Party government established on the island of Jersey. Then, 904 million dollars of it is transferred to BOTAŞ in Turkey.

*What happened to the remaining 1 billion 416 million dollars is unknown.

This money evaporates on the island of Jersey, which is like a black hole!*

*At the current exchange rate, 58 billion Lira is missing!*

Furthermore, regarding the trade in question, the International Court of Arbitration;

Determines that Turkey received an *extra 1 billion 324 million dollars* in crude oil transport fees in violation of international agreements. It rules that Turkey must also pay this amount as a penalty to the Iraqi Central Government.

As soon as we come to power, we will collect these evaporated amounts and the amounts ruled as penalties from the assets of the President and the relevant AK Party officials!
