CHP Deputy Chairman Suat Özçağdaş and Istanbul Provincial Chair Özgür Çelik monitored the preparations in the area together ahead of the education rally to be held tomorrow at Saraçhane Square.
Inviting Istanbul residents to the rally, CHP Istanbul Provincial Chair Çelik stated the following:
"Our rally preparations are ongoing. We invite all Istanbul residents to meet with our Chairman, Mr. Özgür Özel, to support unappointed teachers, to say 'End the interviews,' to put a stop to violence in education, to say no to the archaic curriculum, and to protect the dignity and reputation of our teachers. We are becoming a voice from Istanbul to Turkey. Our rally is tomorrow at 13:00 at Saraçhane Square."
We will be a voice for our future with our Chairman Mr. Özgür Özel and our people to support our unappointed teachers, to put a stop to violence in education, to say no to the archaic curriculum, and to say end the interviews.
