Aydın Çine Mayor Enver Salih Dinçer (50) has passed away in Malatya, where he had undergone surgery.

COULD NOT BE SAVED DESPITE ALL INTERVENTIONS

Dinçer was taken into surgery for an umbilical hernia at Malatya İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center. Despite the interventions of the doctors, Dinçer could not be saved.

Enver Salih Dinçer had undergone a liver transplant at the Malatya İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center on February 17 of last year.

WHO IS ENVER SALİH DİNÇER?

He was born on October 16, 1973, in Bornova. After attending primary school at Atatürk Primary School and middle school at the middle section of Çine High School, he completed his high school education at İzmir Atatürk High School. He graduated from the Ege University Faculty of Pharmacy.

Elected to the Çine Municipal Council in the local elections on March 29, 2009, Dinçer served as the President of the Çine City Council between 02/07/2009 and 30/09/2011, and as the Deputy Mayor of Çine between 31/08/2009 and 09/03/2011. Serving as the Mayor of Çine since March 10, 2011, Enver Salih Dinçer also held the position of President of the Çine Topçam Irrigation Union.

Dinçer, who married his wife Tuba on April 22, 2000, had two daughters named Bade and Beren.
