CHP Spokesperson Emre's diploma call to President Erdoğan: If you have it, bring it and present it to the court

Addressing the lawsuit filed against CHP Chairman Özgür Özel over the 'diploma-less Erdoğan' rhetoric, Emre evaluated the dialogue between the lawyers and the judge regarding the diploma and made striking statements. 

CHP Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Zeynel Emre made the following statement:

Do you know what one of the issues that will come up in the future is? The diploma issue. Now, there is a lawsuit filed against our Chairman, Mr. Özgür Özel, through Mr. Tayyip's lawyers. It is at the 44th Civil Court of First Instance. There, sir, compensation is being sought on the grounds that our Chairman accompanied the ‘Diploma-less Erdoğan’ slogan.

The judge says, in an interim decision, that they should present the original of the diploma. Present a certified copy. Erdoğan's lawyers immediately object. They say, ‘We request the recusal of the judge, stating that the judge has a personal doubt and curiosity regarding the subject, and therefore is not impartial.’

Now, the judge is actually making a routine interim decision in order to reach a verdict. Why are they panicking? If you have your diploma, bring it and present it to the court. Now, if a court were to ask for our Chairman Özgür Özel's diploma, we would immediately bring and place his Ege University Faculty of Pharmacy diploma.

If the diploma of our Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and presidential candidate, Mr. İmamoğlu, were requested, we would go and place the diploma issued by Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration, which is as pure as mother's milk. This applies to all of us.

So, why are you afraid? Since you have a diploma, present it. Even present it and say that Turkey is debating this a lot. These are my university friends.

We have a photo we took together like this. We have a memory like this. We did this. Tell us. We all know that it is dubious in that regard. In other words, the diplomas of those who cancel the diplomas of our Metropolitan Mayor, which are as pure as mother's milk, are nowhere to be found. They cannot present anything convincing.
