Sharp response from CHP's Yavuzyılmaz to Uraloğlu, who said 'don't muddy the waters': He is diverting the issue and hiding the truth

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, regarding the allegations made by CHP Deputy Chairman and Zonguldak MP Deniz Yavuzyılmaz concerning the plane that crashed while carrying a Libyan military delegation, said: "This investigation is continuing under the direction of our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. We have also completed our own examinations; we have finished the examinations and decryptions of the recording devices we call black boxes. We have also submitted them to the prosecutor's office."

Pointing out that there is no point in trying to muddy the waters while this matter is proceeding with the necessary sensitivity, Uraloğlu assessed: "We are truly tired of refuting Deniz Yavuzyılmaz's lies and statements, but he is not tired. Every time, he puts forward new allegations with a 'what if it sticks' attitude. I made an open call; if he truly wants to contribute to this matter sincerely, if he has something in his possession that we do not know, he is welcome to give it to us, while also respecting the confidentiality of this matter. But that is not the case; he throws something out, it doesn't stick because it is not true, we refute it, and this time he puts forward something new. Therefore, I do not want to respond to everything he says one by one. But I would especially like to say that the necessary sensitivity has been established here and it is being conducted with this sensitivity."

CHP'S DENIZ YAVUZYILMAZ REITERATED HIS QUESTION AND DECLARED "HE IS HIDING THE TRUTH"

CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yavuzyılmaz evaluated the response from Minister Uraloğlu regarding the camera allegations as 'diverting the issue' and made the following statement:

"The Transport Minister's undocumented responses to our documented allegations and Esenboğa's unusable 3rd runway!

We had announced that the cameras viewing the parking positions where the crashed Libyan plane and an Israeli jet were together for 1 hour and 41 minutes on the same apron were not working on the day the plane crashed.

Today, in the response given by Minister of Transport Abdülkadir Uraloğlu;

He avoids answering the questions by beating around the bush. He talks about the plane, he says it crashed, he says there were deaths. He talks about the black box.

But he cannot say a single word about whether the cameras viewing the parking positions of the two planes were working or not!

He cannot even use the word camera!

Just like in his previous statement;

Just as he could not say that the jet that entered the same apron as the Libyan plane was an Israeli jet.

This is called diverting the issue. It is hiding the truth!

I am asking the question that Abdülkadir Uraloğlu avoids answering again;

Why were the cameras belonging to DHMİ, which should have been monitoring and recording the parking positions of these two planes on apron No. 5 in real-time, not working on the day the plane crashed?

Also, Mr. Minister of Transport, I have a piece of advice for you.

It would be good if you explained to the President sometime why the 3rd runway of Esenboğa Airport, which you had the President inaugurate, cannot be used.

Because he thinks it can be used. In other words, you have deceived him well so far."
