The incident occurred around 19:00 in the Ayazağa neighborhood of Sarıyer.

As roads turned into lakes due to the rain that intensified in the evening hours, an IETT bus and other vehicles became stranded and were swept away by the flood that formed in Ayazağa, Sarıyer.

Those moments were captured on a citizen's camera.

The stranded citizens climbed onto the roofs of the bus and other vehicles, waiting to be rescued.
