Citizens stranded on cable car in Antalya share those moments
Following the cable car accident in Antalya, citizens who were stranded shared those moments on social media. Meanwhile, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek announced that 112 citizens have been rescued from 15 cabins.
In the accident that occurred after one of the moving cable car cabins fell at the Antalya Tünektepe Cable Car and Social Facilities, 1 citizen lost their life, and 10 people were injured, 3 of them during the rescue operation.
Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek stated that 112 citizens have been rescued from 15 cabins so far, and rescue efforts for the citizens still in the cabins are ongoing.
A citizen who was stranded in one of the cabins suspended in the air shared those moments on their social media account.
