Claim: Baykar is organizing a fair in Azerbaijan together with an Israeli military company

It has been claimed that Baykar, which supplies UCAVs and UAVs to the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), is organizing a fair in Azerbaijan together with the company that produces warplanes and weapons for the Israeli military.

Journalist Metin Cihan alleged that the manufacturing firms of the Turkish, Israeli, and Qatari militaries are holding a joint fair in Azerbaijan. In a message shared on his X account, Metin Cihan stated the following:

"At such a time, the point we have reached in collaboration with Israel is as follows: While Israel's massacres continue to escalate, the manufacturing firms of the Turkish, Israeli, and Qatari militaries are happily holding a military fair in Azerbaijan. IAI, which is co-sponsored by Baykar, is the company that produces the Israeli military's warplanes and weapons. It is not even a private company. It is an Israeli state-owned company."

The message from the international publication Global Defence Insight, cited by Metin Cihan, states:

"This event is supported by the Turkish firm Baykar, the Israeli firm Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), and the Qatari defense contractor Barzan Holdings."

Selçuk Bayraktar, the son-in-law of President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, serves as the chairman of the board of Baykar Holding, which produces UAVs and UCAVs for the TSK.
