Following the court's ruling of absolute nullity in the case regarding the 38th Ordinary Congress, which Özgür Özel won, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was brought to the position of CHP Chairman.
While debates over absolute nullity continue, two separate holiday celebrations were held in the CHP yesterday.
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu spoke at the CHP Headquarters, while the elected Chairman Özgür Özel spoke at Güvenpark. The highest attendance was at the gathering in Güvenpark.
While there is curiosity about what moves Özgür Özel and his administration will make in the coming period, former CHP İzmir Deputy Mustafa Balbay has brought a striking claim to the agenda.
Former CHP İzmir Deputy Mustafa Balbay announced that the number of delegates ready to sign for an extraordinary congress has reached 800 and that action will be taken on Monday.
