Cleaning staff sexually assaulted bank employee: Disgusting incident!

A sexual assault incident occurred at the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice (BAM).

A cleaning staff member, R.Y., sexually assaulted S.K., who works at the bank inside the courthouse, in the restroom. 

Suddenly attacking the woman and attempting to remove her clothes, R.Y. demanded that S.K. kiss him. The woman, who managed to escape, filed a complaint against R.Y.

"SHE EXPERIENCED THE SHOCK OF HER LIFE"

According to the allegations, R.Y. had been constantly harassing S.K. by sending her messages on social media since March. Despite S.K., who is married and a mother of two, telling him she was not interested, R.Y. increased the intensity of his sexually explicit messages and continued the harassment. S.K. became unable to leave the bank for fear of running into R.Y. at the courthouse. The woman, who began going to work with fear and panic every day, experienced the shock of her life on April 27.

UP TO 21 YEARS IN PRISON REQUESTED

According to a report by Sabah newspaper, S.K. went to the restroom in Block B of the courthouse and heard the sound of a door locking. When she looked behind her, she saw R.Y. R.Y. suddenly attacked the woman and tried to remove her clothes. Although S.K. tried to take refuge in a toilet stall while screaming for help, she was unsuccessful. R.Y. demanded that the woman kiss him. 

S.K., who managed to escape, filed a complaint against R.Y. R.Y. denied the accusations. However, the woman, who lived through the nightmare, added screenshots of the messages to her petition. The prosecutor's office emphasized that the suspect attempted to sexually assault the woman in the restroom, but the assault remained at the attempt stage. A lawsuit was filed against R.Y. with a request for up to 21 years in prison.
