CMB approves capital increases for 3 companies

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board approved the capital increase requests of Etiler Gıda ve Ticari Yatırımlar for 80 million liras, Yeşil Yapı Endüstrisi AŞ for 531 million liras in bonus shares, and Fenerbahçe Futbol AŞ for 151 million liras in paid capital increase.

Debt instrument issuance applications were authorized for Osmanlı Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 5 billion liras, Deniz Faktoring for 5.4 billion liras, Vakıf Faktoring for 8.6 billion liras, Lider Faktoring for 1 billion 125 million liras, and Invest AZ Yatırım Menkul Değerler for 150 million liras.

The Board approved the applications of KT Kira Sertifikaları Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 30 billion liras, and the Destek Yatırım Bankası AŞ First Asset Finance Fund for 5 billion liras in lease certificate and asset-backed securities (VİDMK) issuance.

NEW FUNDS AUTHORIZED FOR ESTABLISHMENT

Approval was granted for the establishment of the "BNP Paribas Cardif Emeklilik AŞ Sustainability Fund Basket Pension Investment Fund" and the "Deniz Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Venture Capital Umbrella Fund."

The CMB authorized Azimut Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "Cosmos Venture Capital Investment Fund," "Çilek Venture Capital Investment Fund," and "PowerUp Venture Capital Investment Fund"; BV Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "Farklabs Electrification PRE-IPO Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Istanbul Chamber of Industry Venture Capital Investment Fund"; Fiba Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "First Real Estate Investment Fund" and "Second Real Estate Investment Fund"; Neo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "ChargeX Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Ninth Venture Capital Investment Fund"; Nurol Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "Tenth Real Estate Investment Fund"; Pardus Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "Eighth Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Seventh Venture Capital Investment Fund"; and Rota Portföy Yönetimi AŞ to establish the "Fokus Venture Capital Investment Fund," "HighTech Venture Capital Investment Fund," and "Agricultural Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund."

ADMINISTRATIVE FINES

The Board imposed an administrative fine of 872 thousand 282 liras on AVOD Kurutulmuş Gıda ve Tarım Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret AŞ due to the delayed disclosure of a "solar power plant investment contract" on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

Following an investigation into transactions in the Atakule Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (AGYO) share market, a total of over 31.3 million liras in fines was imposed on 11 individuals, and an administrative fine of 1 million 664 thousand liras was imposed on A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ.

The CMB imposed an administrative fine of 311.1 thousand liras on Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ due to transactions in the Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (KRDMA, KRDMB) share markets, and applied administrative fines totaling nearly 7 million liras to 5 individuals following an investigation into transactions in the Gimat Mağazacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (GMTAS) share market.

An administrative fine of approximately 1.3 million liras was imposed on one individual due to transactions in the Diriteks Diriliş Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (DIRIT) share market, and a fine of 1 million 946 thousand liras was imposed on another individual due to transactions in the Hateks Hatay Tekstil İşletmeleri AŞ (HATEK) share market.

ACCESS BLOCK ON 108 WEBSITES

A decision was made to implement legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 108 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad via the internet for residents in Turkey.
