CMB approves debt instrument issuance for 4 companies

According to the CMB bulletin, the Board approved the debt instrument issuance applications of VakıfBank for a total of 10 billion dollars, Turk İlaç Serum ve Sanayi AŞ for 1 billion liras, Meksa Yatırım Menkul Değerler for 600 million liras, and Sümer Faktoring for 181 million liras.

Granting permission for the establishment of the Eighth and Ninth Real Estate Investment Funds of Argeus Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, the CMB also approved the establishment of the Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Second Project Real Estate Investment Fund and the Qinvest Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Pragma Capital Partners Fourth Industrial Companies Venture Capital Investment Fund.

The CMB approved the application of Dünya Katılım Bankası AŞ for the establishment of a new brokerage firm titled "DK Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ" and the application of İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for an operating license for intermediary activities in overseas order transmission.

The Board imposed administrative fines totaling 41 million 514 thousand 760 liras on one legal entity and 28 individuals.

Criminal complaints were filed against two internet content providers, and it was decided to initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law to block access to 21 websites determined to be facilitating leveraged trading abroad for residents in Turkey.
