CMB extends temporary trading ban on 6 individuals
The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has decided to extend the temporary trading ban imposed on 6 individuals for a period of 6 months.
According to the CMB bulletin, the board has extended the temporary trading ban imposed on 6 individuals in connection with transactions in the Net Holding AŞ (NTHOL) equity market, pursuant to articles 5/1 and 6/1 of the Communiqué on Measures to be Applied in Market Abuse and Market Fraud Investigations.
The board announced that the temporary trading ban currently in effect for the individuals named has been extended for a period of 6 months, starting from the date the current ban expires.
