A commemorative post for Deniz Gezmiş, Hüseyin İnan, and Yusuf Aslan came from Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the former Chairman of the Republican People's Party. In his post on X, Kılıçdaroğlu stated the following:

“I commemorate with respect and longing the brave and patriotic children of this country, Deniz Gezmiş, Yusuf Aslan, and Hüseyin İnan, who dedicated their lives to the struggle for a 'Fully Independent Turkey.' Do not forget, the homeland does not belong to those who sell it off parcel by parcel, but to those who went to the gallows for its sake!”
