Communications Director Duran: Attempting to sabotage legitimate processes is an attack on our democracy
Communications Director Burhanettin Duran stated, "Attempting to sabotage legitimate processes is not political competition, but an attack on our democracy."
Communications Director Duran, in a post on his social media account, stated: "The CHP group's attempt to prevent our Ministers of Justice and Interior from taking their oaths in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey is a disrespect that is incompatible with democratic traditions and lacks state seriousness.
I condemn this approach, which is far from responsibility. It is the duty of all our political parties to protect the dignity and democratic environment of our Veteran Assembly.
Attempting to sabotage legitimate processes is not political competition, but an attack on our democracy. No initiative should overshadow the work of our Veteran Assembly, which is the manifestation of the national will."
