Compensation claim against Konda Research Company Chairman of the Board, who is alleged to have cheated on his wife with Dolunay Soysert

The petition submitted to the court states that Erdem violated his duty of loyalty within the marriage by living with Dolunay Soysert, going on vacations with her, and offloading the expenses of the household and their children onto his wife for years. Stating that the marriage ended due to Erdem's gross fault, the petition demands 50 million TL in pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages.

A petition was submitted to the Istanbul 4th Family Court regarding Aydın Erdem, Chairman of the Board of Konda Research and Consultancy Company, who is alleged to have cheated on his wife, Beyhan T., with actress Dolunay Soysert. In the petition submitted through Beyhan T.'s lawyer, Ahmet Cidecioğlu, it was stated that the defendant Aydın Erdem and the plaintiff Beyhan T. were married in 2006 and have 2 children. The petition also noted that Aydın Erdem had cheated on his wife, Beyhan T., during their marriage, and alleged that the most recent infidelity occurred with actress Dolunay Soysert. The petition included the statement, "He is currently living together with the woman named Dolunay Soysert in her house located in Arnavutköy."

"He spent the household maintenance money on his famous lover"

It was stated that Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert acted in violation of the duty of loyalty within the marriage by both living in the same house and going on vacation many times domestically and abroad, staying at the same hotels. The petition stated, "Defendant Aydın Erdem told his family that he would be on vacation between August 4 and 13. When asked for the needs of the family home and their joint children, he shared a photo from Southern France with a glass of alcohol in his hand and blocked his client by saying, 'I will not send money, I am on vacation, you solve your own issues,' while spending the household maintenance money on his famous lover."

The petition also stated that if an HTS (Historical Traffic Search) investigation is conducted, it will be revealed that Aydın Erdem and Dolunay Soysert were in the same locations. It was further noted in the petition that Aydın Erdem violated his duty of loyalty within the marriage by living with Dolunay Soysert, going on vacations together, and offloading the expenses of the household and their joint children onto his wife, Beyhan T., for years.

50 million TL compensation demanded from Aydın Erdem

The petition requested that the joint residence in Beşiktaş be allocated to Beyhan T. and the children for the duration of the lawsuit so that she can live with her children, and that custody of the children be granted to the mother. It was also requested that Aydın Erdem be ordered to pay 50 million TL in pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages to compensate for the emotional collapse and trauma experienced by Beyhan T.
