Concordat application from the person to whom Bahçeli gifted his car

A concordat application has been filed for CG Grup and its affiliated companies, owned by Mahmut Cüneyt Göz, a member of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Central Executive Committee (MYK) who previously made headlines when MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli “gifted him his Lincoln car.”
The Istanbul Anadolu 3rd Commercial Court of First Instance issued a temporary injunction regarding Göz Mimarlık ve İnşaat A.Ş., CG Beton Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti., BRH Mimarlık ve İnşaat Ltd. Şti., Kurna Taş Ocağı İşletmeciliği Ltd. Şti., and MCG Film Medya A.Ş., which operate under the CG Grup umbrella, as well as their partner Mahmut Cüneyt Göz. The court granted a three-month period regarding the concordat request.
THREE-PERSON COMMISSIONER PANEL APPOINTED
The court also appointed a three-person commissioner panel to oversee the concordat process. As reported by Sözcü, the hearing to discuss the concordat request will be held on October 15 at 15:30.
Göz Mimarlık, one of the CG Grup companies operating in the fields of construction, ready-mixed concrete, mining, and cinema, had previously made a name for itself with tenders it received from public institutions.
